Avocado Lemon Vinaigrette with Turmeric
- 4 Tbsp. Sadaf apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c Sadaf Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Juice and zest of 2 lemons
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 large avocado
- 1 Tbsp. Sadaf turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. Sadaf honey
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients except oil into a food processor, and blend until almost smooth. Slowly pour in the olive oil into food processor until fully smooth and emulsified. Toss dressing with your favorite salad mix and enjoy! ENJOY IT
