Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Steak Round Lean
- 1 tsp. Sadaf Paprika

- 1 medium Garlic clove, crushed
- 4 oz. Mushrooms, sliced, canned
- 1 piece Beef Bouillon, cubed
- 2 TBSP All purpose flour

- 1 medium Onion
- 1 TBSP. Canola oil
- 1 cup Sadaf Yogurt plain, low fat
Directions:
- slice beef in thin, diagonal strips. Mix flour and paprika, and shake beef strips in it to coat.
- Chop onion and brown in oil with beef and garlic over high heat until brown. Stir in mushrooms (undraine), yogurt and bouilon.
- Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes. Serve over noodles.
