Chicken Mediterranean
Ingredients (Servings 2):
  • 4 large chicken breasts, skinless, with bone in about 9 to 11 oz each piece
  • 3 Tblspoons Sadaf brand grapeseed oil
  • Sadaf brand Kosher salt
  • 6 to 8 whole cloves of garlic
  • 7 to 9 whole larg mushrooms stems removed
  • 1 cup madeira or cream sherry wine
  • 1 small branch fresh rosemary
Directions: Sprinkle chicken breasts with Sadaf kosher salt, then sear chicken in Sadaf grape seed oil over medium to high heat until golden. When golden, remove from frying pan and place chicken in baking pan. Saute’ whole mushrooms and garlic cloves in the Sadaf grape seed oil, about 2 to 3 minutes, then place in baking pan with chicken. Remove frying pan from heat. Add wine to contents of frying pan, then return to stove to heat about 2 1/2 minutes. Pour wine mixture over chicken. Place rosemary branch on top of chicken, cover with foil (or use covered baking pan) and bake in pre heated oven at 400° degree 25 to 35 minutes until done. ENJOY IT
