    Chop 1 large onion and 4 cloves of garlic, slightly brown in a frying pan with 4 tablespoons of olive oil and place in a stock pot. Add 1 tablespoon ground coriander seeds, 8 oz of dried meloukhia leaves top with 32 oz of chicken stock. Allow to simmer until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
