*Due to COVID-19 and for the safety of you and our employees, we currently do not accept product returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us to determine your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Return Policy

Until further notice, unopened Sadaf Foods products purchased online at Sadaf.com can be returned within 30 days from the date you received it for a full refund of the purchase, minus all shipping costs. If you received a faulty or damaged item, we will send you a replacement - contact us for return merchandise approval.

Note: If Sadaf Foods does not receive your product within 10 business days from the date the refund number was given, we will not be able to process your refund request.
