- ½ cup Sadaf Pulp of grilled eggplant
- 4 Tbspn Sadaf Organic Tahini
- ½ tspn Garlic powder
- 1 Tbspn Sadaf Lemon Juice
In a large bowl place eggplant, Sadaf ® Tahini, Lemon Juice and Garlic powder. Mix well and drizzle with Sadaf Olive Oil . Serve Lukewarm with Pita bread ENJOY IT
