Black Bean and Corn Salad

Black Bean and Corn Salad -



  1. In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, red bell pepper, red onion, and garlic.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Sadaf Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sadaf Pomegranate Molasses, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the bean and corn mixture, and toss to combine.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve chilled and enjoy!

Note: This salad is a perfect side dish for a summer barbecue, or as a light lunch option. The combination of sweet and tangy pomegranate molasses with fresh lime juice gives the salad a delicious and unique flavor.
