Chicken Mediterranean

- 4 large chicken breasts, skinless, with bone in about 9 to 11 oz each piece
- 3 Tblspoons Sadaf brand grapeseed oil
- Sadaf brand Kosher salt
- 6 to 8 whole cloves of garlic
- 7 to 9 whole larg mushrooms stems removed
- 1 cup madeira or cream sherry wine
- 1 small branch fresh rosemary
