Pumpkin Pie
Servings: 8 Serving size: 1 slice Preparation time: 1 hour, 15 minutes Ingredients:
  • 1 piece Frozen pie crust
  • 2 cups mashed Pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup low calorie brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Sadaf Ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. Sadaf Cloves ground
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk evaporated, skim milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. Sadaf Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Sadaf Allspice
  • 3 large Egg white
Directions: Cook pie crust according to package directions. To prepare filling, mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour mixture into cooled pie shell. bake at 350 F for one hour or until inserted knife comes out clean. ENJOY IT
