Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1 extra spray Sadaf Saffron Spray (as a finisher before serving)


Instructions

  1. Chill your tools: Place a mixing bowl and whisk (or mixer beaters) in the freezer for 5 minutes.

  2. Whip the cream: Pour heavy cream into the chilled bowl. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat on medium speed until soft peaks form.

  3. Infuse with saffron: Add 2 sprays of Sadaf Saffron Spray and continue whipping until stiff peaks form. The cream will take on a delicate golden tint and floral aroma.

  4. Final flourish: Right before serving, give the whipped cream a light finishing spray for an extra hit of fragrance and color.
