Caesar Salad Dressing
Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 4 anchovy filets
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 Cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Sadaf lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • Sadaf Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup Sadaf extra virgin olive oil
Direction:
Combine all ingredients except for the Sadaf extra virgin olive oil in a blend until thoroughly pureed and smooth. Slowly add Sadaf extra virgin olive oil while blending and continue blending until dressing is completely mixed. Toss with salad. ENJOY IT
