Hibiscus Tea

Hibiscus Tea
  • 2-3 cups dried hibiscus flower
  • 2 quarts cold water
  • 1-2 cups sugar ( sweeten to taste)
Directions: Rinse dried flowers in cold water. Bring two quarts cold water to a boil. Add dried hibiscus, and remove from heat. Let flowers steep for about 10 minutes. Next, pour water from pot into a pitcher. Use a strainer to separate flowers from water. Stir in sugar. Serve over ice. Garnish with lemon slice or fresh mint. ENJOY IT
