Ground Meat Kabobs with Sadaf Ground Meat Kabob Seasoning
- 1 pound ground beef or lamb
- 1/4 cup onion, grated
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons Sadaf Ground Meat Kabob Seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, grated onion, egg, Sadaf Ground Meat Kabob Seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 8 portions and form each portion into a sausage shape around a skewer.
- Thread the meat, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes per side or until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are slightly charred.
- Serve the kabobs hot with lemon wedges on the side.
Note: You could also bake or broil the kabobs in the oven if you prefer. These kabobs are perfect as a main dish or as an appetizer and they go well with a variety of sides like rice, salad, or bread.
