Ground Meat Kabobs with Sadaf Ground Meat Kabob Seasoning

Ground Meat Kabobs with Sadaf Ground Meat Kabob Seasoning

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef or lamb
  • 1/4 cup onion, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons Sadaf Ground Meat Kabob Seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, grated onion, egg, Sadaf Ground Meat Kabob Seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and form each portion into a sausage shape around a skewer.
  3. Thread the meat, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes per side or until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are slightly charred.
  6. Serve the kabobs hot with lemon wedges on the side.

Note: You could also bake or broil the kabobs in the oven if you prefer. These kabobs are perfect as a main dish or as an appetizer and they go well with a variety of sides like rice, salad, or bread.
