Grilled Shish Kabobs with Sadaf Shish Kabob Seasoning
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken, beef or lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Sadaf Shish Kabob Seasoning
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- In a large bowl, mix together the meat, olive oil, Sadaf Shish Kabob Seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Thread the meat, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes per side or until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are slightly charred.
- Serve the kabobs hot with lemon wedges on the side.
Note: You can also bake or broil the kabobs in the oven if you prefer. These kabobs are perfect as a main dish or as an appetizer and they go well with a variety of sides like rice, salad, or bread.
