Baked Turmeric Lemon Chicken


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Sadaf olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sadaf Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Sadaf smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, turmeric, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
  4. In a baking dish, add the chicken breasts, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chicken broth.
  5. Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove the chicken from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley or cilantro before serving.

Note: You can also add vegetables like bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms to the baking dish before adding the chicken. This dish goes well with rice or your favorite type of pasta as a side dish.
