Khoresh Ghormeh Sabzi | Herb Stew Recipe -

Ghormeh Sabzi 



  1. In a large pot, heat the Sadaf Grapeseed oil over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add the meat and sauté until browned.
  3. Add the water, bring to a boil and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Add the chopped herbs, Sadaf Ghormeh Sabzi Dried Herb Mix, Sadaf Pomegranate Molasses, and the Sadaf Turmeric, stir well and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve with white basmati rice, garnished with fresh herbs.
